DIY Premium Satin Pass Through (Translucent, Frost Look) Sublimation Coating Spray 400ml

Subli Vista Premium DIY Satin Pass Through (Translucent, Frost Look) Sublimation Coating Spray is specifically designed to allow a sublimation image to pass through the spray layer on a non sublimation ready surface such as glass or acrylics, so when viewed from the front the image is see in all its glory with the pass through white layer behind the image for extra vibrancy.

Works great for Acrylics to make them sublimatable.

To get the pass through effect you will need to apply a layer of Hi-Gloss Spray to the glass or acrylic first, then apply a layer of Pass Though Spray on top of that, and cure as directed.

How to Apply

Shake for 30 seconds to activate the product. Apply Hi-Gloss spray onto the substrate spraying at 20cm spraying left to right and from top to bottom, turn 90 degrees and spray again. Leave for 5 minutes then apply a top layer of Pass Through coating as above.

How to Cure

After spraying leave for up to 10 minutes then cure in an oven at 160C or 320F for 20 minutes depending on the thermal properties of the substrate. The product should be allowed to cool before pressing an image onto it.

Clean the Nozzle

After spraying turn the can upside down and depress the nozzle for 3 seconds to clean the nozzle for next use. This step is not required but will prolong the life of your aerosol nozzle.

We have reduced our carbon miles substantially by manufacturing all our products here in the UK. Some brands manufacture in the Far East then import them 1000’s of miles to a distribution point closer to home which is not helping the environment. Our products are 100% designed, constructed, engineered and manufactured by us which has saved tones of carbon being left in the air through air travel. You can be assured that wherever you buy Subli Vista from in the world you can be sure it has only made one direct journey to that sales point, not back And forth around the world. As a manufacturer we do produce carbon in the manufacturing process although it is only a small amount but we are working hard on reducing that through internal efficiency processes, along with being active in carbon offset initiatives.

As Subli Vista is a chemical coatings manufacturer we feel we have a more committed duty to the environment than most manufacturers, and for that reason we have created our Subli Zero 2030! pledge. This pledge will guide how we operate today, and in the future. More importantly it will guide us how we design and manufacture the next generation of Sublimation Solutions, Sprays and Liquids.

Our pledge is a simple one, but a powerful one, that is by 2030 we will be producing and selling only 100% environmentally friendly products.

All our efforts, actions and decisions will be with this one goal in mind, we hope we can achieve this well before 2030 because we cannot wait. None of us can wait for solutions that benefit each other and the planet we live on.

Today & Tomorrow

Today 27% of our range are environmental products and are identifiable by our Green Leaf logo on the product label. We are well along a development path to bring this up to 50% in the shorter term. However, there is more we are doing. Our contract carrier also has a carbon offset scheme that will get to the point soon where we are delivering products carbon neutral then carbon negative. Its great news for everyone.
