MAINTENANCE NOTICE

  • Hand washing is recommended. Dishwasher cleaning may rough the surface of the Enamel product. Hand washing can ensure smooth and bright surface for many years. If you must use a dishwasher, please use the high temperature and less detergent.
  • For the remaining food traces, please make sure to cool the Enamel products and then put it into water for a little while, you'll find that they are so easy to be removed with a sponge.
  • Do not use hard objects or coarse particle containing cleanser to clean the Enamel products! Hard brush, steel wire cleaning ball should be avoided.
  • Hot Enamel products should avoid cold water or drinks. It may crack the glaze.
  • Enamel products must be handled with care.

INSTRUCTIONS

Press Temperature: 385F for 190 secs (1:30) Light Pressure, hot peel

Recommended Printable area when using a mug press: Approx. 6"W x 2.5"H

1.) Tape imaged sublimation paper onto your enamel mug. Image facing the mug. Leave a 0.5" margin between the top rim and the top of your image.

2.) Set the mug press at 365F for 90 seconds. If your press has an idle and press temperature setting, adjust the time accordingly

3.) Ensure mug press has reached temperature, Place the mug into your mug press.

4.) Close Mug Press.

5.) Once pressing is done, open mug press, and take mug out of press. Use gloves or heat resistant cloth to handle the hot mug.

6.) Peel sublimation paper off.

7.) Leave on table to cool. Do not dunk in water.

Caution: Enamel Mug is extremely hot when in the heat press, do not handle with bare hands Note: Temperature and time settings are only a guide/starting point, some mug presses may require some fine tweaking of the temperature and time. All mug presses are different.
