FOREVER Laser-Light No-Cut Heat Transfer Paper

This application is as easy as it can be. It is a 1-Paper-System for printing onto light colored textiles. The white toner coverage under the colors enables an extraordinary bright and outstanding result on light colored garments. This product even works on dark colored garments, with less bright colors than on light colored garments. The application is very easy to understand and gives constant results you can count on.

FOREVER's Laser Light No-Cut heat transfer paper is a revolutionary new paper for light garments that does not require you to trim with scissors, vinyl cutter, or other equipment prior to printing! With one easy application press to the garment, the Laser-Light No-Cut heat transfer paper creates an extra soft and durable print onto white and light colored fabrics with excellent vibrancy. Unlike many other one-press application papers, the FOREVER Laser-Light offers remarkable wash fastness and consistent results you can count on.

We recommend using the FOREVER Laser-Light No-Cut heat transfer paper with the OKI proColor White Toner Printers. Other printer toners may not be compatible with the process for lasting durability or accurate color transferring.

Application Instructions

To Print: Use the multi-purpose bypass tray to feed pages, coated side face up in the tray (side with no logo print). Print your image or design in reverse, using the Label 1 setting in the printer driver's 'Media Weight' setting.

After printing, place transfer paper printed side facedown onto the t-shirt or fabric.

Press paper onto fabric at approximately 355F-390F with the following specifics, per your equipment:
Swing-away heat press: for 15 seconds, at medium to firm pressure
Clamshell heat press: for 30 seconds, at firm pressure

Use an extra cloth and hold/rub onto back of transfer for 5-10 seconds to slowly cool transfer surface. Immediately after, peel up backing sheet of transfer while it is still warm.

Recover transfer with silicone or parchment paper, and repress at application temperature for additional 30-40 seconds with high pressure for best overall washability.

Peel parchment paper immediately. Lightly stretch transfer on shirt horizontally for a couple seconds to improve feel and hand on t-shirt.

Printer Compatibility:

This paper is intended for use only with the OKI White Toner Printers only. We cannot guarantee its use with other printers.

We recommend checking with the printer manufacturer or usage manual to see what temperature the printer fuses at. For best results, it is recommended to use a printer that runs no hotter than 350F, otherwise the paper could potentially jam.

HP or Brother brand laser printers tend to run too hot for transfer papers, and the toners used are not very wash-resistant. Please make sure to test thoroughly prior to production with laser printers of these brands.

As with any transfer paper, we highly recommend testing the paper - both printing and pressing instructions - to find the best settings for your equipment and process before going into commercial production.

Care Instructions:

This paper has a maximum shelf life of 1 year. We recommend storing your paper in an enclosed protective (plastic) bag away from excessive humidity, temperatures, and sunlight for best usage life.

Allow finished transfer to 'cure' for 24 hours before first wash.

For best wash durability, recommend that transfers be washed inside-out in cold water, with mild detergents that do not contain bleach or similar additives.

Multi-color prints with an ordinary CMYK printer (like the OKI C610 or C831TS or yours) are only possible with certain limitations (means: NO light colors, NO white, NO transfer of photos, No transfer of gradients, NO transfer with 1 paper systems on dark substrates). Because of these limitations with CMYK printers, there is a higher knowledge in graphics software like Photoshop necessary.
