FabricFast Ultra pigment inks are formulated so that they do not require pretreatment on cotton, polyester and many blends. However, the OptiChem Pretreatment is offered to further maintain the pigments on the fabric surface and increase the color vibrancy by up to 10%. It also further improves the image edge definition and "crispness." The Pretreatment is also ideal for use with silk, wool and nylon in which the fabric fibers may spread the pigments. Simply pad or roller apply the Pretreatment, air dry, print and follow with the heat curing process.
