Gone are the days when you could have any color you like as long as it’s white! Sawgrass and Siser® are launching a new solution in June that means customers need never be limited to light-colored polyester garments again.

The latest innovation in garment sublimation is here! EasySubli™ is a brand-new HTV by Siser® that allows you to print custom, full-color designs using your sublimation printer.
EasySubli can be fed directly through a sublimation printer, which eliminates the need for transfer papers. After printing, it is recommended that you allow the inks to dry for 2 hours before masking, or you can lay your design underneath an open heat press platen for about 45 seconds.
While traditional sublimation is limited to white polyester garments, EasySubli can be used with a variety of different fabrics and colors. EasySubli is also applied at a low temperature of 311°F, compared to 380°F and above for traditional sublimation.

EasySubli is designed to work with virtually any sublimation printer, however, we recommend Sawgrass® machines and the specially formulated Siser EasySubli Inks by Sawgrass for best results. The Siser EasySubli™ matte heat transfer vinyl and the Sawgrass specially formulated Siser EasySubli ink set combination unlocks the potential of sublimating on colored polyesters, cotton, rayon and more. Printing is directly onto the EasySubli transfer media, which is then adhered to the garment and heat set to sublimate the inks.

When paired together EasySubli and EasySubli ink, along with the Sawgrass SG400 and SG800 printers, produce the brightest, most vibrant colors and best results. And Siser EasySubli Inks can even achieve traditional sublimation jobs, so there’s no need to switch out inks between projects.
The apparel sector has been limited to sublimating on white and light-colored polyester for years and together Sawgrass and Siser have developed a solution that will unlock access to a growing and profitable sector. The EasySubli transfer vinyl and ink set are perfect for customized garments such as sportswear, graduation clothing and concert T-shirts, though the application list is limitless.
Sawgrass has also developed special profiles for EasySubli inks, which are only available in VPM 6.5 (If any of your customers haven’t already updated to VPM 6.5, you can share this download link with them.) This special ink set and the coordinating profiles have been developed with Siser to provide the optimal output with the most vibrant and striking colors on their EasySubli vinyl.
SubliJet HD can be used on the EasySubli, however the optimal output can be achieved using the EasySubli inkset in conjunction with the instructions provided by Siser and the custom profile in Sawgrass VPM 6.5.
